Weber Shandwick has published its annual global Corporate Citizenship Report – one that our Sydney office is especially proud to be featured in this year.
Here at Weber Shandwick, we believe our ‘engaging, always’ motto should be at the heart of everything we do. And this extends to our community and pro bono work – ensuring that we’re bringing our most creative and inspired thinking to each and every partnership we undertake.
This year’s report showcases the impressive and high-impact work of our global colleagues, to positively impact the environment, communities and clients throughout 2013. It also highlights our own work with The Sir David Martin Foundation, where we helped to generate awareness and increase support for its 2013 Abseil for Youth charity event.
The report also features the launch of Weber Shandwick’s Impact Project, which has helped to unify and strengthen our global pro bono efforts, as well as our 8th annual Making A Difference Awards. Weber Shandwick Sydney was honoured to be awarded most active office in the awards this year, for our passionate and committed work with Autism Awareness Australia, RSPCA NSW and United Way.
This year, Weber Shandwick enhanced the standards of its CSR reporting by using the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G4 Index as a framework for reporting on sustainability issues material to its business.
