How long have you worked at Weber Shandwick?
Under a year! But I’ve been part of the CMG family for over two decades.
Whats the best thing you’ve ever seen happen inside the Weber Shandwick offices?
Collaborative teams working together in support of great client outcomes irrespective of geography or P&L.
In Five Words or less, how would you describe your Weber Shandwick colleagues?
Talented, passionate, resilient, energetic, focussed.
Whats the coolest (or weirdest) thing you’ve had to do for a work project?
Delivering the premier of the Matrix at the Sydney Opera House was pretty cool. I got to zoom across the harbour in a super yacht with the cast and deliver them to the world’s press.
If you need to get in the zone and focus on a project, what music is playing in your headphone?
Classical…or rock. Depending on my mood and the task-at-hand.
Whats your favourite restaurant in Sydney?
I love Cured & Cultured, the bar in the Opera House – best view and best people watching on the planet.
Do you have a favourite artist?
I’m a sucker for the impressionists so it’s a toss-up between Degas and Monet for me.
Where would you love to travel in the world to gain inspiration?
I’d love to visit Africa. Everyone I know says it’s impossible to spend time there and not be inspired.
If you weren’t working in this industry, what would you want to do?
I think I’d be in the arts somehow. I studied theatre and wanted to be an actress!
Whats the best piece of career advice you’ve ever gotten?
Surround yourself with people who think differently to you, are smarter than you and be open to being challenged.
